as you begin to let go of 2009 please take a moment to notice all the joys, thrills, disappointments and learning you have experienced this last year….trust that what your path unfolded is for your greater good…..even if the package was not pretty or if you didn’t like it
the discomfort is where the lessons are, where growth can happen…..thank those challenges with respect and softness~ embrace your sacred messiness with enthusiasm!
